Prayerfully

LifeSaver Ministries exists only because of the grace of God. Every minute of the day we are acutely aware that this is HIS ministry. Each day we deal with hurting women that need to hear the truth of God's love and forgiveness. Many hearts are closed and guarded. We covet your prayers for each of our counselors to have the Word of God on their lips and the love of Christ in their hearts. As the ministry grows we covet your prayers for wisdom and guidance.

Financially

LifeSaver Ministries is a ministry totally supported by faithful supporters. Every financial gift, no matter how small, is used to meet the needs of our hurting clients. Physically

There are several ways you can physically help LifeSaver Ministries. If you live in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut) you can volunteer to be a trained crisis pregnancy counselor. Our counselors are trained in listening skills, communication skills, crisis pregnancy intervention, and post-abortion counseling. You can volunteer to be a key-turner. Key-turners deliver TLC boxes to our clients and open doors to inviting them to church, sharing the gospel and mentoring a hurting heart.

If you have the gift of "shopping" you can become a bargain shopper for the TLC program. Whenever you find baby clothes, up to size 4T on sale or clearance, you can purchase and donate them to LSM. We do take used clothing providing they are "gently" worn. All donations can be shipped to: Life Saver Ministries, PO Box 407, Gloversville, NY 12078.

We have several supporters that crochet, quilt or sew blankets, sweaters, clothing, and stuffed toys for LifeSaver to use in for the TLC program. Each item can be sent with a personal message from you.

If you live in the 518 area code you can become a phone volunteer. Phone counselors take the phones in their home one night a week or one weekend a month. This allows the hot-line to have 24 hour coverage, thus meeting the needs of more women. Some volunteers can commit to a weekly or monthly schedule. Every offer to volunteer, any amount of time, is welcomed. (Taking a training
course, and a phone volunteer course is required).

If you live in the Amsterdam area you can volunteer to help sort and box the TLC clothing and items. Each week we receive boxes of clothing and baby items that need to be sorted and organized. Each week several TLC boxes are filled and shipped out. Both the sorting and packing is an area where volunteers are needed.

Please, as you consider LifeSaver Ministries, pray about how God would have you support us. Everyone can do something to reach women in a crisis pregnancy, especially pray.
